ObrázokFor the purposes of setting the amount of the minimum rental of lands, the territory of the town of Zvolen is divided into the following 4 zones according to the price map of the town:
 Zone I
streets: ul. Ľ. Kubányho, ul. V. P. Tótha, ul. J. Kozáčeka, ul. J. Jiskru,
ul. T. G. Masaryka, and ul. M. R. Štefánika
 Zone II
ul. Uramová, ul. J. Fándlyho, Kuzmány embankment, ul. J. C. Hronského, ul. J. Jesenského, Elektrárenský kanál (Powerhouse canal), ul. Kimovská, and the bank of the Hron River
 Zone III
boundary of the Zone II and the boundary of the town intravilan (i.e. the town built-up area), including housing estates and the locality of Sliač
 Zone IV
areas on the outskirts of the town

Setting the rate for sales of lands: The price for sales of lands is determined by agreement and the minimum rate for 1 m2 of a land in particular zones is set as follows:
 Zone I – SK 3,500 / m2
 Zone II – SK 2,500 / m2
 Zone III – SK 1,000 / m2
 Zone IV – SK 500 / m2

Setting the rate of the annual payment for land using:
Hire costs of land rental for business purposes are determined by agreement and the minimum rate for 1 m2 of a land in particular zones is set as follows:
 Zone I – SK 400 / m2
 Zone II – SK 300 / m2
 Zone III – SK 200 / m2
 Zone IV – SK 100 / m2

Hire costs of land rental for non-business activities are determined by agreement and the maximum annual rate of hire costs for 1 m2 of a land in the territory of the town in all of its 4 zones is SK 5 / m2.

Setting the rate of the annual payment for using nonhousing premises:
Hire costs of nonhousing premises are determined by agreement and the minimum rate for 1 m2 of a floor surface of nonhousing premises in particular zones is set as follows:
 Zone I – SK 3,000 / m2
 Zone II – SK 2,000 / m2
 Zone III – SK 1,000 / m2
 Zone IV – SK 500 / m2
